No additional information will be collected about you unless specifically stated in an amended Privacy Policy. Information Disclosed/ Nonaffiliated Third Parties We may disclose all of the above information about you to insurers and their representatives, in connection with our efforts to obtain or renew product for you, or provide service to you. We disclose nonpublic personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties only as permitted by law. Information Confidentiality and Security Practice Only our employee who needs to know your nonpublic personal information in order to provide product or service to you, will have access to that information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. Dispute Resolution Policy Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to our Privacy Policy, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Reservation of Right In connection with the potential sale or transfer of its interests, Keenan Marine reserves the right to sell or transfer your information to a third party that is engaged in a similar business and agrees to be Keenan Marine's successor in interest with regard to the maintenance and protection of the information collected, and agrees to the obligations of this Privacy Policy.
